Credit cards

The cards accepted are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.

Bank transfer (prepayment)

It will be shipped after payment is confirmed. Please pay the transfer fee.

  • In the case of bank transfer, it may take some time to confirm the payment.
  • Payments are handled by specialized payment companies. "ST* ONLINE PAYMENT" may be displayed in the merchant name on your credit card statement.
  • Please check with each credit card company regarding the timing of debiting your credit card and the timing of refunds in the event of order cancellation.

Only small specific products. As a general rule, it will be sent separately and will be mailed to your mailbox in simple packaging such as an A4 envelope.

Delivery status:

You can view it on the courier tracking page. It may take half a day to 1 business day or more for the tracking information to be reflected. There may be a delay in reflection, especially if there are holidays in between. Also, mail delivery may take from several days to 10 days depending on the collection and delivery situation.

Sender display:
The sender of the delivery cover sheet will be BizitJapan Co., Ltd. If you have specified a delivery address different from that of the orderer, please confirm that the package will arrive at the delivery address in advance.

If the shipping company's package storage period has passed:
If the product is not received within the shipping company's storage period (one week from shipping) and is returned to our store due to cancellation after shipping, loss of contact, refusal to receive, long-term absence, etc., the product will be shipped from our store. We will charge you the shipping charges for returning the item to us, as well as the round-trip shipping fee for returning the item to our store. Return shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area and may be expensive. Even in the case of free shipping conditions, round-trip shipping fees will be charged.

Packaging is done as simply as possible to the extent that it does not affect the product. We may use recycled cardboard. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Product inventory and shipping time Items in stock will usually be shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
If there is a back order, we will notify you of the shipping time separately.

Our store shares inventory among multiple stores, and uses an inventory management system to adjust the number of items in stock. Therefore, depending on the timing, the inventory may not be updated in time, and the product you ordered may be out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will send you an email notification of out-of-stock items by the next business day. Thank you for your understanding.
About returns and exchanges

When your ordered product arrives, please check that there are no scratches or defects on the product and that there are no errors in your order.

Returns due to our company's causes, such as the product being scratched or dirty, incorrect delivery due to our error, etc. 
Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product. We will contact you with the return address. We will pay the return shipping fee, so please send it back to the specified address by cash on delivery.

2. Returns due to customer convenience
All of the following must apply.

  • Products for which we have received notification of return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products that can be judged as "unused" according to our standards
  • Items not on sale
  • Products that are not marked as non-returnable/exchangeable (sale items cannot be returned/exchanged)

Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will contact you with the return address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for the product.
Please send the item to the specified address within 14 days, prepaid, using a method that allows for tracking.
Please note that we will check the arrived product and if it does not meet the criteria for return, we will not be able to accept the return.
In the case of refunds to credit cards, the payment date differs depending on the closing date of each card. Please check with your credit card company for details.

【exchange】
Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product. We will contact you with the shipping address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee for product exchange and the shipping fee for the new product. Returns must be sent prepaid by a trackable method to the specified address. If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement item after confirming the returned item. If we are unable to provide a replacement item, we will issue a refund (sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded). Exchanges can only be made once.
 

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

  • Products that have been used once, refurbished, washed, or cleaned
  • Return shipping fee for products that have odors, dirt, or scratches from the customer's hands.

The arrival date of the product will be the day the delivery system records it as "delivered."
Please note that even if the product is initially defective, we will not be able to accept returns if we contact you after 8 days after receiving the product.

Regarding contact from our store regarding orders
